Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
